Synopsis
This project involves learning how to design around a usability-test and to achieve a higher understanding of designing usability. The goal is to test the website Amazon.com, so that we through, the achieved data, are able to improve the usability of the website.
By researching and studying the topic of usability, were we are able to reach a higher academic understanding of the topic and meanwhile, were able to incorporate this knowledge with the results of the evaluations. We discovered through the project that we were dealing with a website with many specific problems, and to resolve these we were required to make a thorough design.
The outcome was that we highlighted and expressed the problems our testers had, and created a design which resolved these problems.
